Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group therapy to students with speech and language difficulties
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement strategies for student support
- Help create and follow Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions where necessary
- Advise staff on strategies for speech and language support in the classroom
- Work closely with parents and external agencies to ensure effective interventions
Key Requirements:- A degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field
- A passion for working with young people in an educational environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in a school setting is desirable, but not essential
